These terms apply to purchases made through viabellanota.com. Please read the product listing, your order summary, and the policies linked below before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is collected when you place your order, including for preorders. Please provide an accurate email address and delivery information so we can send order updates and prepare your shipment.
If an item becomes unavailable or we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will refund the payment for the unfulfilled item and any applicable shipping charges.
Product details and compatibility
Our current MacBook cases fit the MacBook Neo 13-inch, model A3404 only. Please check the model number on your device before ordering. These cases are not listed as compatible with other MacBook models. Product dimensions, included items, materials, and availability are described on each product page. Colors may appear slightly different between screens and lighting conditions.
Preorders and shipping estimates
A product marked for preorder is not ready for immediate dispatch. The estimated dispatch window is shown on its product page and in the preorder information at checkout. MacBook case preorders currently have an estimated shipping window of early November. A dispatch estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will email you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a prompt refund. If we cannot obtain the consent required for the delay, we will refund the unshipped merchandise as required by applicable law.
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items ship together when all items are ready. Please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items sent earlier.
Shipping and order changes
We currently ship within the United States. USPS Ground Advantage charges are calculated at checkout using the destination and shipment details. In-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays; carrier transit time begins after dispatch.
Please contact info@viabellanota.com as soon as possible if you need an address correction or other order help. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is dispatched. If a delivery is delayed or missing, contact us so we can help investigate. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
Returns and product issues
All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases and incorrect model or size selections. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled merchandise, or other rights provided by applicable law. If there is a problem with your order, contact us with your order number and clear photos when relevant. Our Return Policy explains how to report an issue and the applicable remedies.
