Bella Nota currently ships within the United States. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see the available shipping option and final total before payment.

Processing in-stock orders
In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Made-to-order personalized vellum pages will have their own production estimate when ordering opens. Please check the product listing before purchasing.
Shipping costs
USPS Ground Advantage shipping is calculated at checkout using your destination and the shipment weight and dimensions. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment. Orders with multiple items may be quoted as separate parcels.
Upcoming collections
Agendas and paper inserts are expected in mid-November and are not available to order yet. Join the notification list for confirmed availability. The expected arrival window is an estimate; these products will open for ordering after inventory is ready.
Delivery and address details
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need help with an address correction, email info@viabellanota.com as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is dispatched.
Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary. If your order has not arrived by its expected delivery date, contact us so we can help investigate.
Returns and order issues
All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases and incorrect model or size selections. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. See our Return Policy for the full details and applicable remedies.
