Bella Nota does not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect device model or size selected at checkout, or a preference about a color or finish. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we send the wrong item, email info@viabellanota.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or another remedy required by law at no additional cost. Please contact us even if you discover a problem after 7 days; this reporting request does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Orders that do not arrive
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, email info@viabellanota.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
